Our Dermaplaning facial in Sheffield has many stages. Your skin is cleansed to remove all traces of makeup and then double cleansed with a glycolic acid foaming cleanser. Glycolic acid is well-known for breaking down the glue that holds dead skin cells together, so it is perfect for starting the exfoliation process. The skin is then dermaplaned by a highly-skilled and experienced nurse, using a sterile scalpel to remove dead skin and fine hairs. Following this, an enzyme peel is applied which is pain-free, and thoroughly exfoliates the remaining dead skin.
